Riso Scotti is a family owned business in Pavia and has been operating for over 150 years. Riso Scotti controls the whole rice chain: the cultivation, the processing and the transformation to produce products based on rice, like the milk alternatives that we are distributing.
The value proposition to the consumer is simple: a drink that has a a higher content in raw material (rice or oats 16%), that is organic and yet at par or below the market leader for conventional milk substitutes.
